JUST A FRIENDLY REMINDER

We appreciate your generous donations of gently used items to add to our collection.  However, due to limited space, all donations need to be approved at the circulation desk, rather than deposited in the after-hours-book-return-drop-box.

Also, please remember that DVDs and CDs must never be dropped into the after-hours-book-return-drop-box, as they can be damaged by incoming returns.

Please also remember that the after-hours-book-return-drop-box is for just this

purpose, returns, not donations, of books only, returned after hours, not during open hours.  All other items should be returned directly to the circulation desk

Thank you.

WEATHER CLOSINGS

If Alton Central School and Prospect Mountain High School  are closed due to inclement weather conditions,  the Gilman Library will  be closed and all library-sponsored programs will be canceled.  If  there is a school delay, the library will be open.  If inclement weather and poor travel conditions occur in the evening, on a weekend, or on a school vacation day, the library may be closed or close early, at the  discretion of the Library Director.  In all cases of library weather  closings, please check with WMUR for the latest updates.
