The NOVEMBER meeting of Sm-Ar-Ti-Es Science Club for Kids is cancelled. Members MUST sign up in advance for each session.
SIGN-UP IS REQUIRED
Please sign up early for the program to ensure that sufficient project supplies are prepared. Please sign up at least two days in advance of the meeting. There must be at least two children signed up in advance to hold the program.
There will be NO DECEMBER MEETING. We will meet next on Thursday, January 9th at 4:00 pm.
Sm-Ar-Ti-Es is a science club where children learn about a specific topic by reading a short picture book together, then doing group projects or crafts related to the topic. This program encourages children to explore and experiment with science. Unless otherwise posted, the Science Club meets on the Second Thursday afternoon of the month, at 4:00 PM.

THE WHIMSY CORNER
Do not forget to pick up your Whimsy Corner Card!
If you are visiting the Whimsy Corner at the Gilman Library, with your grown-up, please ask for your Whimsy Corner Card. You can get a stamp on the card for each visit (and one on your hand, too if you'd like!). After ten visits and the card is full and you can pick a free prize, and get a new Whimsy Corner Card.
If you are interested in becoming a Whimsy Corner Volunteer Reader, please speak with a staff member.
